Click Club US is operated by Click Club Prints LLC, Miami, Florida. Every item is 3D-printed to order, so your delivery time is our production time plus the carrier’s transit time.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping rates and delivery times

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Your shipping options and the exact price are shown at checkout before you pay.

Items with longer production times

Some items take longer to make. When an item lists its own lead time on its product page, that lead time replaces the standard 1–3 business days of production, and carrier transit time is added after it:

3D City Map Frames: ship in 1–2 weeks (2–3 weeks for Athens, Lisbon and San Francisco).
Human Body anatomy models: 5–10 business days per piece; about 2 weeks for a Part I or Part III set.
Wavy Sealife: 3–5 business days per piece; 7–10 business days for the Full Set.
Animal Barn Container (Ranch Life): 5–7 business days.
Custom and personalized figures (made from your photo, name or text): production starts once we have everything we need from you, and design work can add time beyond the standard production time.

If your order includes one of these items, the whole order ships when the longest item is ready.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.

Delays, lost or damaged packages

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and carrier delays can happen. If your package is lost, or arrives damaged, email us within 14 days of the delivery date with your order number (and a photo if it is damaged) and we will reprint or refund it as described in our Refund Policy.
